"Stalking" MLTR

Not really stalking, actually... It's just how we got this great opportunity to follow their activities in Jakarta. Well, some activities, at least :p

The band left Pekalongan by bus at about 11 am on Sunday, Feb. 16, 2014 heading to Jakarta. They arrived at Four Seasons at 11 pm. Could you imagine that, twelve hours sitting in a bus?? But the show must go on. Due to Gunung Kelud eruption, all flights from Semarang (and any flights from East and Central Java airports) were canceled.

Around Monday noon (Feb. 17) we (ima, cynthia, fidi) got this shocking news. We were invited to press conference on the next day, around 6 pm. It came from a friend in Triple D Entertainment. One of the official promoters.


We never thought that we would be invited. We couldn't even dream of that. Apalagi minta, enggaaak...the invitation came personally, we were invited not just because we're page admins.

We were happy, surprised, sad, worried... All of those feelings. Why? Because of family matters... Two of us having babies, one of us were out of town, another one just couldn't make it... So sad. But we had to refused the sweet invitation *tears*

The next day, Cynthia and I had to take our concert ticket at Blackboxtix office. I also had to take Ima's. We met there.

As we were informed before that MLTR was about to visit Levi's at Plaza Indonesia on Tuesday noon (Feb. 18). Never had a thought to stalk the band when they shop! Besides, this info was classified so we kept our thumbs and mouths shut. At first we planned to do this voucher exchange and went home. But then we asked our friend if she could hand our presents for the band.

She said, "Then give it yourself." We were shocked (again). Next thing to do was meeting our friend in Plaza Indonesia. Apparently, there was a little change of plan. MLTR went to Levi's Grand Indonesia instead of the one at Plaza Indonesia.

The people from Triple D took us there. To the closed Levi's boutique. It was me and Cynthia (Ima was still in Bandung) and two other fans (we don't know their names). The rest are promoters crews, Levi's crews... and Michael Learns to Rock and their families, additional bass player, manager, and crew.

It was an awkward moment. I felt like everyone was staring to us.

We stood by the door quietly.

We saw Jascha came out the fitting room, but we were still petrified.

We saw Mikkel standing next to the cashier. We still didn't move.


And then he gave a glance to the door.. and saw us. Mikkel Lentz saw us! And he walked...came to me n Cynthia.


I thought, "O. MY. GOD."


He approached us and suddenly hugged us. He said so friendly, "Good to see you... Good to see you... How did you point us here?" He seemed as surprised as we were... We met him couple times before, and it seems like we were everywhere. LOL. "I mean, how did you know we are here?". he asked again. We told him that we were invited by Dewi.

We were so glad that we could give our presents personally. I gave Mikkel the dream catchers I made the night before (also handed him Jascha's and Kaare's). We also talked with Jascha's daughter (she is soooooo niiiceee ♡) and Mikkel's son (with camera on his hand... taking some moments). Talking a lot with Mikkel, listening to Jascha playing guitar and singing The Actor... Taking some pics and recording some activities.. That was the greatest moment, one of biggest rare chance a fan could ever had.

And that's just some short story about how we met them there. Because of that chance, we were also given more opportunity to meet them backstage, but that's another story :p
